About the
Get It Together Project
A simpler, more sustainable approach to health — built for real life
The Get It Together Project was created for women who are tired of feeling overwhelmed by their health.
Not because they don’t care — but because they’ve tried doing everything, and it never sticks, gets too complicated, or doesn’t fit into an already chaotic life.
This project isn’t about extremes, perfection, or starting over every Monday. It’s about simple habits, steady progress, and building routines that fit real life — routines that feel natural, not forced.
I’m a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with over 26 years of experience as a healthcare provider.
Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how often women are given complex plans, rigid rules, or extreme approaches — and how rarely those actually work long term.
I’ve also been that person. I understood the hows and whys, followed the plans, and still struggled to make them stick.
I’ve watched — and experienced — the frustration that comes when “perfect” plans don’t fit into a life already full of family, work, and real responsibilities.
The Get It Together Project is built from both clinical experience and real life. It focuses on habits and routines that are practical, sustainable, and realistic for everyday living. This is a place to learn from both my failures and successes — and to build health habits that fit into a life that’s already busy, not one you have to redesign.
Your health — mind, body, and spirit — shouldn’t feel like another task to endure or accomplish each day. It should be made up of simple, sustainable habits that eventually feel automatic.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.
You just have to start somewhere.
